When we first stepped into this kitchen, it was clear something wasn’t working. The footprint was generous but rooms flowed awkwardly, and there was a lot of unused space. The dining room sat adjacent with minimal purpose, and the original kitchen design felt disjointed and inefficient. The layout didn’t support entertaining or modern daily living, and visual balance was missing.

Raised Windows at the Sink: By lifting the windows, we framed a better outdoor view while allowing more light to permeate the heart of the kitchen.
Repurposed Dining Room → Walk-In Pantry: Rather than leave this space idle, we turned the unused dining room into a walk-in pantry with tons of storage. Now the kitchen has both workflow efficiency and abundant hidden storage.
Custom Dry Bar: To support entertaining and everyday convenience, we added a dry bar — a stylish and functional destination for beverages, glassware, and social moments.
