About Renovating KC

Founded in 2020 by brothers Ben and Steven Ross, Renovating KC was built on a shared passion for transforming homes and a vision to create a better remodeling experience. What began as a family-driven business has grown into one of Kansas City's fastest-growing remodeling companies, recognized for exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a commitment to putting homeowners first.

By bringing design and construction together under one roof, we've created a seamless, collaborative process that takes homeowners from the initial concept to the final result with confidence.

From whole-home renovations and custom kitchens to luxurious bathrooms, finished basements, and home additions, our team brings thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and unwavering attention to detail to every project. We believe the best transformations go beyond aesthetics, creating spaces that enhance everyday living for years to come.

A Team Built Around Your Vision

What sets Renovating KC apart is our people. Our talented team of designers, project managers, construction managers, and skilled craftsmen work together to bring each homeowner's vision to life. With every aspect of the remodeling process working collaboratively, we're able to provide a personalized experience from start to finish.

We understand that remodeling is a significant investment, and we don't take the trust our clients place in us lightly. Clear communication, transparency, and genuine relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Rooted in Kansas City.

We're proud to call Kansas City home. What started as a shared vision between two brothers has grown into an award-winning remodeling company, earning recognition on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list and multiple REMY Awards for remodeling excellence.

While we're incredibly proud of these accomplishments, our greatest measure of success is the relationships we build and the spaces we create for the families who trust us with their homes.
