We begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, timeline and budget for your home remodeling project. From that conversation we create a clear scope of work and provide a preliminary estimate.

design & planning

Next, our design team helps you turn your dreams into into reality: floor plans, material selections, mood boards and 3-D renderings that bring the space to life. We walk you through options and assist with design selections to ensure your space is exactly how you’ve envisioned it! .

construction

With design finalized and schedule approved, our skilled in-house crews and trusted subcontractors take over. Your dedicated project manager keeps you updated, oversees quality, and ensures the transformation of your space is efficient, clean, and stress-free.

warranty

Your project is complete! We provide a full 12-month warranty. At Renovating KC, we stand behind our work!
