We begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, timeline and budget for your home remodeling project. From that conversation we create a clear scope of work and provide a preliminary estimate.

design & planning

Next, our design team helps you turn your dreams into reality: floor plans, material selections, mood boards, and 3-D renderings that bring the space to life. We walk you through options and assist with design selections to ensure your space is exactly how you’ve envisioned.

Construction

With design finalized and schedule approved, our skilled in-house crews and trusted subcontractors take over. Your dedicated project manager keeps you updated, oversees quality, and ensures the transformation of your space is efficient, clean, and stress-free.

wARRANTY

Your project is complete! We provide a full 12-month warranty. At Renovating KC, we stand behind our work!
