Our clients in Overland Park came to us wanting a kitchen that better suited how they live and entertain, one that felt more open, more intentional, and designed with both everyday use and long-term appeal in mind. Like many homeowners exploring kitchen renovation ideas, they envisioned a space that combined smart design with beautiful finishes.
Early in the process, our design team worked closely with the homeowners to map out a plan that would deliver both improved flow and aesthetic cohesion. The goals were simple but impactful:

Walls: Dreamy, creamy Sherwin-Williams paint sets a warm, neutral backdrop that plays beautifully with every element in the space.
Walk-In Pantry: We introduced a rich pewter green cabinetry color to anchor the pantry.
Backsplash: A striking Saratoga quartzite backsplash adds natural stone texture & visual depth.
Hardware: Brass vintage-look cabinet pulls elevate the cabinetry with classic flair.
Faucet: A polished nickel faucet brings polished metal contrast and refined detail at the sink.

Reworked Kitchen Layout & Expanded Footprint
One of the biggest moves in this Overland Park kitchen remodel was to totally rework the layout. We redesigned the flow so the kitchen feels intuitive and welcoming — with improved zones for prep, cooking, and socializing. As part of this layout redesign, we also extended the kitchen by 5 feet into the garage, adding valuable square footage that makes a big difference in function and storage
